ParkZone P-51 BL

Some people might think the new ParkZone® P-51 BL is just a new trim scheme on an old model. It’s not. ParkZone has learned a lot with the introduction first of the T-28D Trojan and then the F4-U Corsair. Durable and lightweight Z-Foam™ construction results in rugged models and the P-51 is now built with this great material. The 480 outrunner brushless motor from those other models is now the powerplant for this slightly smaller and lighter brother. The result of course is more performance. The P-51 BL also has the same top access hatch for the battery and radio as on the T-28. Flight performance is going to surprise you. The P-51 BL is available in two versions, one as an RTF and one as a BNF. Eric Johnson brought the new airplane over so we could preview this very interesting development. This airplane is going to end up in the hands of a lot of park flyer pilots, but I expect it will show up at club flying fields everywhere as well. The basic features are listed below.

Watch our video preview in which Eric shows us the features this new airplane brings to the flying field.
