ParkZone Sukhoi

Recently the really tiny and very lightweight RC airplanes have been giving pilots an opportunity to fly indoors when the weather outside is cold and blustery. ParkZone just released a new 1.1 ounce airplane and this one is remarkable! A fully aerobatic, full 4-function control, Sukhoi Su-26m with a 15.75” wingspan. A truly micro sized 4 channel aerobatic 15" airplane, "no way!" Well it is amazing and it performs at a level you have to see to believe. The extremely lightweight on-board radio system is a full 6 channel Spektrum DSM2 unit with a separate 1.5 gram aileron servo and 110mAh li-po battery. This airplane is only available as a Bind-N-Fly so a pilot will have to use his own DSM2 transmitter.

I had the opportunity to talk with Eric Johnson, ParkZone product developer, about his latest release. Our video interview with Eric outlines the features as Eric talks about the many interesting ideas incorporated into this Ultra-Micro BNF Sukhoi. I think you will be as intrigued as I am.
